1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
The request is raised within [7 / 10] days of delivery
The product is unused, in original condition, and includes:
Original packaging
Accessories
User manuals
Invoice
Note: Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or manufacturer restrictions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or physically damaged products
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Software, downloadable products, or digital licenses
Items without original packaging or accessories
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
Our team will verify and approve the request
Pickup or return instructions will be provided
Do not send products without approval.
4. Return Shipping
For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping is free of charge
For other returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned product:
It will be inspected within 2β5 business days
Approval or rejection will be communicated via email
6. Refund Policy
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5β10 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
7. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement, subject to product availability. Replacement processing timelines may vary.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5β7 business days
9. Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. In such cases:
Warranty claims must be handled directly with the brand service center
We assist with guidance but are not responsible for warranty service delays
